Stanley
C. Jones received his B.A from Texas Tech in Lubbock
before earning his M.D. from the University of Texas
Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He continued
his medical training by completing an internship at
the University of Utah Medical School in Salt Lake City
and a residency at the University of Texas Medical School
at Houston. Dr. Jones was awarded a fellowship to study
the lower back at Wellseley Hospital in Toronto, Canada.
In addition, he served in the U.S. Army Medical Corp
as a Captain. He is licensed to practice in the state
of Texas and is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic
Surgery.
Dr. Jones' hospital affiliations include Memorial Hermann
Hospital, Southwest where he is also the Director of
Spine Care Services. In addition, he has an academic
appointment at the University of Texas Medical School
at Houston as an associate clinical professor.
Dr. Jones is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic
Surgery. His other medical association memberships include
the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American
Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association,
the Houston Orthopedic Society, the North American Spine
Association, the International Intradiscal Therapy Society
and the American Board of Spine Surgery.

- Nerve blocks and epidural steroid injections in
lumbar region
- Minimally invasive percutaneous lumbar discectomies
- Lumbar laminotomies/laminectomies
- Minimally invasive lumbar stabilizations
- Non-instrumented lumbar fusions
- Instrumented lumbar fusions
